Your application will not be submitted to any lending body without full consultation with you. To enable our consultants to find the most appropriate loan product to suit your needs we encourage you to answer all questions. Priority will be given to those who complete all required fields. A consultant will be in contact with you within 1 working day. Your consultant will discuss all fees and terms and conditions of appropriate loan product directly with you

You will not automatically generate an Enquiry on your credit file by filling in this form. Once we have consulted with you and you wish to proceed with the application your enquiry will then be submitted to the lender that best suits your situation and most likely to grant you an approval.

AUTOMATIC DECLINE ON ANY APPLICATION SUBMITTED WITHOUT FULL DISLOSURE OF ALL CREDIT IMPAIREMENTS IS GUARANTEED. Please answer truthfully the questions regarding any credit impairment as we are in some cases able to assist credit impaired but need to be fully informed of your circumstances. All applications submitted to any of our lenders will automatically be lodged with Baycorp the Government Credit Reporting Authority and full credit history search is standard practice.

We locate funders suitable to provide loans to you. We may also market other products. This information may include information or an opinion about you, from which your identity can be reasonably ascertained. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION We collect and receive personal information from originators, our customers or from other business referrers in order to conduct our business, including assessing and obtaining approval for loans. From time to time we may offer other products and services. To enable us to maintain a successful business relationship with you, we may disclose your personal information to other organisations that provide loan products and services used by us in obtaining a loan on your behalf. The types of organisations to which we are likely to disclose information about you include other lenders, funders, valuers, lenders mortgage insurers, surveyors, accountants, credit reporting agencies, and lawyers. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? Where reasonable and practical we will collect your personal information only from your application form or directly from you. Confirmation of your information may necessitate contact from person or persons supplied by you in your application TO WHOM WILL WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? Where possible, we will inform you, at or before the time of confirming your personal information, the types of organisations that we intend to disclose your personal information to.
